These Terms and Conditions govern your access to FlyHub (the "Service"), a commercial trade name and product owned and operated by Sebastián Martínez M under the laws of Colombia. By using FlyHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Nature of the service (flight simulation only)
FlyHub is a flight simulation companion platform for entertainment and gaming only. The Service may include virtual flight tracking (online and offline), logbooks, statistics, scores, XP systems, virtual airline and schedule management, and integration with third-party simulation tools (e.g. MSFS, X-Plane).
- Virtual flight tracking (online and offline)
- Logbooks, statistics, scores, and XP systems
- Virtual airline and schedule management
- Integration with third-party simulation tools
FlyHub is not real-world aviation software.
Do not use it for real flight planning, navigation, pilot training, or operational decision-making.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing.
3. Accounts and user responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Keeping your credentials secure
- All activity under your account
We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by failure to protect your credentials.
4. Payments and purchases
FlyHub offers paid access as a one-time purchase.
What a Captain license includes: A one-time payment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the FlyHub app on the web and desktop with full access to all of its features, including features added in future updates. There are no recurring charges. VA Growth, a separate plan for running a virtual airline, is not included.
Aviation data is not part of the purchase: Your license covers access to the FlyHub software and its features. It does not sell or license aviation data to you. Airports, routes, schedules, airline and aircraft information, and similar datasets are provided to FlyHub by third parties under separate agreements and are made available inside the Service for simulation use only. Their content, coverage, and availability may change or be removed as those agreements change, and you may not extract, export, or redistribute them.
Service availability: Features that run on FlyHub servers depend on FlyHub continuing to operate the Service. If FlyHub ever stops operating these features, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email and in the app.
Existing subscriptions: Subscriptions are no longer sold. Existing subscriptions remain valid for every period already paid. If you buy a license while subscribed, your subscription is set to stop renewing once your payment is confirmed, and you keep the time you already paid for. Any discount or conversion available to your account is shown in the offer you see when signed in.
Refunds and chargebacks: If a license payment is refunded in full or in part (other than a refund of tax alone), or is disputed or charged back, the license granted by that payment is revoked. If a chargeback is later reversed in FlyHub's favor, the license is restored. Other valid paid access on your account is not affected.
Account deletion: Your license belongs to your FlyHub account. If your account is deleted, the license is permanently removed and is not refunded.
Promotions and discounts: Promotional prices and loyalty discounts apply only during the stated period and cannot be combined with other discounts or codes. Loyalty discounts and annual conversions are personal to the eligible account and cannot be transferred. If prices change later, earlier purchases are not adjusted.
Discord role: If you link your Discord account, your Captain role on the FlyHub Discord server follows your license status.
Merchant of record: Payments are processed by our authorized merchants of record (Paddle or legacy Polar.sh), who act as resellers of the Services.
Billing: Purchases and subscriptions are subject to the applicable merchant's payment and refund terms.
Refunds: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order details. After 14 days, refunds remain subject to applicable mandatory rights and the merchant's terms.
Card data: FlyHub does not store full payment card details.
We may modify pricing or plans with reasonable notice.
Virtual Airlines Growth: Growth is a separate airline subscription at USD 15 per month plus applicable taxes, renewed monthly until cancelled. One subscription covers an airline or group's shared roster. The first 20 active members are included free; an active owner counts, while pending applications and inactive memberships do not. Personal Premium does not include Growth.
Manage cancellation through the billing portal in Ownership. Scheduled cancellation retains coverage until the effective end of the paid period. Overdue payments have seven days of grace. Above 20 active members without coverage, new reservations and admissions are blocked and operations may be suspended. Existing members, applications, balances, reputation, history, and accepted reservations are preserved under their normal flight, expiry, membership, and safety rules. No member is automatically removed to reduce the roster.
Free permits one non-closed airline; personal Premium permits three, including operating airlines. Ending Premium preserves existing airlines but limits additional creation. FH$ balances and assets are virtual, have no cash value, and cannot pay subscription charges. Cancelling a subscription is different from permanently retiring an airline.
New purchases use Paddle. See the Paddle Buyer Terms. Existing Polar-linked subscriptions retain their applicable provider terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Services
- Abuse telemetry, APIs, or scoring systems
- Manipulate XP, flight data, or rankings dishonestly
- Scrape, extract, or redistribute aviation data from the Services
- Disrupt system stability or security
- Use FlyHub for illegal activities
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
6. Data accuracy and availability
FlyHub relies on simulator telemetry, user input, third-party integrations, and third-party aviation data. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of aviation data, accuracy of tracked flights, scores, statistics, or landing rates, or uninterrupted availability. Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
7. Third-party trademarks and no affiliation
FlyHub may reference airline names, logos, aircraft manufacturers, airports, liveries, and call signs for simulation realism.
FlyHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any real-world airline, manufacturer, airport authority, or aviation organization. Trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for reference and simulation purposes only.
8. Intellectual property
FlyHub software, code, branding, UI, and original content belong to FlyHub unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the Services without written permission.
You retain rights in airline content you submit, such as names, logos, descriptions, and announcements. You must have the rights needed to use and share that content. You authorize FlyHub to store, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the airline features and integrations you enable. Do not impersonate a real airline or publish content that infringes another person's rights.
Owners and authorized managers are responsible for the API keys and Discord destinations they create, the scopes they allow, and how connected services use the exported information. Revoke connections you no longer trust. Management roles do not confer legal ownership of FlyHub or a right to transfer an airline account.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or abuse of the Services. If an account is terminated for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, any license on it ends without a refund. You may stop using FlyHub at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyHub is not liable for:
- Loss of data or profits
- Loss of virtual progress, XP, or airline status
- Service interruptions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
