Included with Captain. Career Mode is in beta.
Your career, your direction
Start close to home. Build your experience. Set your sights on the airline you have always wanted to fly for.
Regional flying, real responsibilities, and the beginning of your reputation.

New ratings and a stronger record give you more employers to aim for.

Bring the hours, reputation and interview performance for a top-tier contract.

A few of the simulated employers you can work toward in FlyHub. Choose your own path; offers depend on difficulty, location, qualifications and your record. Stars show FlyHub Career tiers.
Career progression
Hours, tenure, reputation and recent performance shape promotions. Each step comes with a new contract.
Your first contract. Your first ratings. A reputation to build.
Experience that shows. More time with your airline, more to aim for.
Earn the left seat. Revisit your airline’s past in Historical Operations.
The top of the rank ladder. A career built on consistent performance.
Dashboard
Your Dashboard brings the next operation, weather, roster and career timeline together. Come back knowing what you are working toward.
Check fatigue and readiness, then follow the work from Dispatch to payday. Training results, job offers and promotions give the next flight a bigger purpose.

My Company
Choose more than a livery. Your airline shapes your routes, qualifications, home base and benefits. Staying builds seniority; moving opens a different chapter.
See the routes your ratings unlock, find flights home, and preview where another qualification could take you.
Earn type ratings and request company-funded training when eligible. Another aircraft family can open a different network.
Weigh dues against medical savings, hotel and meal benefits, appeals and employment protections.
Move to a new company base or request vacation and sick leave. Budget for relocation and unpaid time away.
Dispatch, Calendar & My Flights
Plan a connected trip, bid for the routes you want, or go on reserve for short-notice work. Your aircraft qualifications and location shape the options.
Review connected assignments and aircraft before filing them to Calendar. Place flights on dates, check the order, and lock your roster when you are ready.
Rank the route lines you want in the monthly Bid Board. Seniority influences the awards, so staying with an airline can change the work you get.
Go on standby for short-notice work with its own response and reporting windows. Eligible assignments can earn extra pay; jumpseat travel helps you reach the departure airport.
Lock your roster to send assignments to My Flights. Flying on the planned date can earn bonuses; performance, fatigue and recurrent checks still matter.
Historical Operations
Reach Captain or Senior Captain and revisit routes your current airline operated in the past, where its archive is available. Pick individual flights with Manual Bid or build a multi-leg trip with Scheduler.
Historical flights have their own pay and progression rules and stay separate from your regular Calendar roster. This unlock comes from your pilot’s rank, not the name of your subscription.
Discover Historical OperationsFinance / Pilot life
A place to live. A way to get to work. Enough rest for the next duty. Choose what your paycheck supports, and see how it affects your pilot.
Stay flexible with crew lodging, rent somewhere of your own, or work toward buying a home. What feels comfortable also has to fit your paycheck.
Finance / Investments & Ledger
Plan around pay, living costs and the next career move. A new job may pay more and still leave less after housing, relocation, training and debt.
Rank, contract, airline and region shape your pay. Follow weekly payroll, bonuses and deductions.
Build a rental-property portfolio. Balance income against down payments, loans and debt, separately from your own home.
See salary, taxes, living costs, union dues, medical charges and property income. Follow the money in your Ledger.
Job Market
Search airlines by fleet, region, country, operation and tier. Find a job that fits your qualifications today, or a destination to work toward.
Hours and reputation open doors, but meeting the minimums does not guarantee an offer. Your record matters, and airlines can approach you with opportunities too.
Explore the Job MarketLook beyond the hourly rate to the base, benefits, training and cost of moving.
Application limits and review windows reward a considered choice. Keep track of interviews and expiring offers.
Interview performance can affect the salary offered. Some moves require type-rating training or a share of its cost.
Review the contract before accepting. A move can change your seniority, base and benefits; a promotion needs a new contract too.
Included with Captain
Career Mode is part of your one-time Captain license. No separate Career subscription or VA Growth plan is needed.
Create a pilot and choose Easy, Normal or Hard. Keep up to three independent careers if you want different paths.
Choose a starter airline, complete the interview, pick a base and review your first contract.
Complete any required training, build your roster and start shaping the career you want.
Yes. Career Mode is included with the one-time Captain license and is currently in beta. You do not need the Virtual Airlines Growth plan. Create a FlyHub account, choose Captain, then open Career Mode in the app.
No. Captain is the name of FlyHub’s Premium license. Captain rank is a milestone your pilot earns through Career Mode. Buying the license does not skip training, requirements or promotions.
Yes. Career Mode follows your personal pilot career at an airline, with contracts, pay, qualifications and progression. Virtual Airlines is about joining or running a shared community airline. You can use both modes, and their progress stays separate.
No, but your active career has commitments. Choose work you can complete and request vacation or sick leave when you need time away. Approved leave protects you from the relevant inactivity and performance checks. Leave is unpaid, and existing duties still need attention.
Your selected career keeps its clock running when you close the app, so deadlines and offers still matter. Switching to another save pauses the one you leave. You can keep up to three separate careers, each with its own pilot, money and progress.
Yes. Easy, Normal and Hard change your starting finances, starter offers and training requirements. Choose the pressure you enjoy, then build your career from there.
Historical Operations opens at Captain or Senior Captain rank when your current airline has an archive. Buying the Captain license alone does not unlock it. These flights sit outside your normal Calendar roster and follow their own pay and progression rules.
No. Salary, living costs, loans and property investments are part of the simulation. Your Career balance has no cash value and is separate from your FlyHub subscription.
FlyHub supports telemetry tracking with Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane, plus manual flight logging for console and other setups. Use the Windows app to manage your career and choose the supported tracking method for your flight.
